While the adults are enjoying a glass of wine on the deck, the kids (and the kids-at-heart) can disappear into the arcade or stream their favorite shows. We know the struggle of trying to keep everyone entertained while you’re trying to relax. With 600+ Mbps WiFi, nobody is going to complain about lag during their TikTok scrolling or late-night gaming sessions. Plus, if you’re making the trek up in an electric vehicle, we’ve got an EV charger ready to go, so you don't have to hunt for a station in the middle of your weekend.

However, if you’re just here for a quick three-day weekend, don’t sweat the membership. You don’t need it to have an absolute blast. We know that for many of you, it’s not a family vacation if the four-legged members are left at a kennel. At Bearly Roughing It, we are proudly pet-friendly. We have a simple $75 one-time pet fee, and we welcome your dogs with open arms. We trust you; if you think your Fido can be trusted, then that's good enough for us. Whether they spend their time barking at the Amazon delivery driver or hogging the space during your Zoom calls (though hopefully, you aren't working this weekend!), they are welcome here.

Our own dogs, Sam and Chief, are frequent visitors. Sam has earned the title of “Lifeguard of Inanimate Objects” because he spends his time “rescuing” rocks from the creek. S'mores, Sunsets, and Bernie

No Memorial Day weekend is complete without two things: a killer sunset and a bonfire.

For the sunset, head down to the lake. The way the light hits the water at the end of May is something you have to see to believe. It’s the perfect backdrop for those family photos you’ll actually want to frame.
